Return & Refund Policy

At DistinctHairs, we want you to love your wig. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or washed cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Custom or special-order wigs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@distincthairs.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different wig, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your wig arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
