Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or washed cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Custom or special-order wigs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).
If your wig arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
